DBI Group offer to provide our clients with a comprehensive level of documentation for clients looking to supply a very detailed set of documents to the builder for quoting and construction. The more details you can provide to the builder, the more accurate the construction quote will be. A commitment to comprehensive documentation along with progressive sourcing and implementation allows us to provide our clients with stunning projects they can be proud of.

New Homes
At DBI Group we understand that building a new home is a huge undertaking. It’s a large financial investment and it brings many decisions with it. It’s our job to guide you smoothly through the building process from the design concept stage through to the house warming party! We take special care with the design and will ask our clients lots of questions when it comes to specifics about the design and function of the new building, as well as lifestyle, furniture, cabinetry, lighting, etc, etc, all to make sure the new development suits their specific needs.
Whilst there are plenty of builders around with the skills and technical know how to build a house, we believe what sets us apart is our level of personal involvement at every stage and our willingness to listen. Renovations and Extensions
Renovating and/or extending your home can be quite daunting if you lack building knowledge, so we can help by offering honest advice on building materials, cost saving options and potential problems. We have recently completed several extension/renovations in and around Hervey Bay with the owners still living in the home during construction, so we fully understand the challenges this can present in terms of budget and space restrictions.

3D Modeling & Design Implementation
The process of our collaboration with the client starts with creating a 3D model of your project. It gives us limitless opportunities in our work and full freedom of imagination. Having the 3D model prepared allows for freedom to explore the ideas of the clients along with the concepts developed by the design team.
Do we offer a free, no obligation quotation for plans?
Of course. We are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and provide a written Fee Proposal for the required plans.
Do we offer a no obligation quotation for Building Works?
Providing a quotation for construction works is a more difficult and complex undertaking than for just plans preparation. We will need to charge an agreed fee based against an estimated Construction value.
